Tokyosnowlet: Would You Wear This?

Would You Wear This?

  • Eat This, and Drink That?
Would you wear what Angelina Jolie wore at the premiere of her new film, Salt, at Tokyo? Reminds me of the scene in Mr & Mrs Smith where she goes to a hotel and pretends to be a prostitute.

Would you eat this "most expensive sushi" in the world? This is a different one than the one I blogged about a couple of weeks back, but it's made by the same chef.

Ingredients :
  1. 12-yr-old Italian balsamic vinegar
  2. Japanese rice
  3. 70-yr-old virgin water
  4. Muscovado sugar
  5. Norwegian pink salmon
  6. cucumber
  7. mango
  8. foie gras
  9. sea cucumber (smoked then pickled and steamed ’til tender sticky)
  10. genuine crabmeat
  11. wild saffron
  12. mayonnaise with butter
  13. 12 local Palawan pearls
  14. A total of 4.20ct African diamonds of VVS clarity.
A price tag of US$4,300 for 4 sushi rolls is considered very cheap, as to what I feel. The pearls could worth maybe around a few hundred USD, the diamonds should actually be around US$3k to US$4k ok! So yeah, unless the pearls and diamonds are low quality ones.

The price is subject to change without prior notice depending on stone clarity and ingredients used. Of course you can order one within your budget too! So, would you eat this?

Would you drink what is dubbed the oldest champagne in the world? Believed to be 230 years old, this champagne is expected to be sold for US$68,000. Click here to read more aboout it.

Would you drink it?

I guess at the moment I'll stick to my RM100 champagne, my usual Sushi King sakae sushi and my SMKSS pj attire which I wear as my pyjamas. LOL!

Goodnight.

I hope things would get better. TTMPCILU =(
