Folk's I strongly encourage participation in these event's free of charge sponsored by Hillsdale College.

It is said that education is a life long endeavour and I agree with that premise. I am sure most of you have heard of Hillsdale on Rush Limbaugh, Sean Hannity and Mark Levins' radio broadcasts and maybe some of you are like myself and have been aware of Hillsdale for some time now.

My Dad had me and himself signed-up to receive Imprimis, a free publication offered by Hillsdale, for years now and continues to be a part of my life long endeavour in education. It is obviously available on-line now but I still get the actual publication via snail mail so I can leave it out in the break rooms at work, and they are read, leaving the readers wanting more.

The word Imprimis is from Middle English imprimis, from Latin in primis among the first (things).

From Hillsdale, the publication by the same name is about:

"Imprimis is the free monthly speech digest of Hillsdale College and is dedicated to educating citizens and promoting civil and religious liberty by covering cultural, economic, political and educational issues of enduring significance. The content of Imprimis is drawn from speeches delivered to Hillsdale College-hosted events, both on-campus and off-campus. First published in 1972, Imprimis is one of the most widely circulated opinion publications in the nation with over 1.8 million subscribers."

With that in mind, the two-day webcast(s) promise to be both educational and enlightening. If you have a high school student around you may wish them to participate as well.
