Tokyosnowlet: CP Musical Interlude (Thanks Jaded Outhouse)

CP Musical Interlude (Thanks Jaded Outhouse)

Well we have exactly one month to go before the mid-term election and some may wonder why I picked the 'Blues' style of music to highlight?

First, the Blues are based in reality which we all have been living for all of our lives (some just don't know it?), and reality has really come into focus in the past year and a half., thank God.

We have sung the blues at Tea Party Rallies, in letters to our representatives and even the MSM in hopes we might be heard and understood. All of which was dismissed by the powers that be. Let us carry those blues all the way to the ballot box on November 2nd and turn them into votes AGAINST those powers that be and get us to a serious, more Constitutional and smaller government that does OUR bidding.

Second, well hell, it is just good music!

Third, I wish to give a huge shout out to The Jaded Outhouse for introducing the highlight of this post to me, Johnny Lang. I had not heard of this musician until a post by Jaded.

I must stop here and further explain that both Jaded and Johnny are exceptional in their respective roles, Jaded in the art of the written (and I imagine the spoken) word and Johnny in his obvious God-given talent as a musician.

OK already, let me first introduce Johnny Lang,,I know some may know of him already but this gives a little background on him and there are some great guitar licks and singing in it as well,,,,,

Now le piece de resistance,,,,Johnny Lang performing 'Lie to Me', the best cover version of the Bon Jovi hit song I believe and beats the hell out of the original. [ Good theme as well!]

I would be remiss in not (again for those unfamiliar) speaking about Jaded again so please bear with me.

Jaded was an early commenter to CP and I was taken aback by his comments as they reminded me of a friend and at that time a co-worker who happened to share my first name, Christopher. When one communicates with such Americans as Jaded they had better know the English language very well let alone knowledge of our shared history, a sense of humor goes a long way as well.

I have learned much from my association with Jaded (yes, life in of itself is all about learning) as is the same with my former co-worker. Americans such as Jaded make you think, and think again and that is learning.

If you have not already, do yourself a favor by visiting The Jaded Outhouse. If you visit my friend Jaded have an open mind as his wording may be confusing to you at first (most intellectuals have that effect) but re-read them over and they just may sink in. Jaded does not mince words but at the same time utilizes them in a very, lets say 'Rubics Cube' sort of manner to make one think it over, study them and learn. Jaded throws in some Redneck spelling as well which is an added bonus in that using your mind's eye you learn to pronounce as well.

Jaded is but one of many of us on the same journey for the American Dream embodied in the word's of our Declaration of Independence and Constitution, but I tell ya folks he has one helluva way of stating it! They say English is the 2nd hardest language to learn behind that of the Chinese and I say; Confucius move over, Jaded is on your heels!

On a final note, Jaded has excellent taste in music!
