- Outting With the Bitches!
We went to Times Square around 10.30am.
Walked around. Gosh Roveen and Weng Yan spent a lot that day! *guess I'm not the shopaholic that day XD*
Had Kenny Roger's for lunch, and then movie. What show?
The Other Guys! I've gotta say this is one heck of a funny show! For me, it's a 8 out of 10 for me. Somehow I feel some details are not explained clearly in the movie.Anyway, after that we went to this exhibition thing where they display all those creatures from 1,000,000 years ago before the Ice Age. It includes dinosaurs, 200kg sea scorpions and 20 feet tall birds! What was interesting was that some of these plastic animals could move, and I just knew that one animal would be made to frigthen people, and it happened to be a tiger lol which was just above my head behind me LOL! I think it's worth the RM12.
After that, my babes all went home while I continue walking.
I walked to KL Plaza which is now renamed Fahrenheit.I've gotta say I'm very impressed with the overall renovation they did to the mall.
When I went it, it was so bright, full of lights, and there were some labels too! Like Aldo, Charles and Keith, Carlo Rino, and some retail shops that sells designer stuffs like the optical store (John Galliano, Dior, Gucci) and also a watch shop (Ed Hardy, odm).
Most of the stores are not opened yet, but at least there are some interesting ones that are already open, and to my surprise there are quite a lot of people in the mall.
For the upper floors, the walkway is very brightly litted, but it's a little bit narrow. A wider walkway could have been better.I'm also impress at the fact that there are some stores that sell ONLY men's clothes. 1 for the boys y'all!
And most interestingly, UNIQLO!!! Japan's no.1 store is opening in 2 weeks, which is on the 4th of November. The people inside were busy preparing and putting the clothes onto shelves. Can't wait!
Overall, I think I'm very happy that at least now the mall in between Lot 10 and StarHill Gallery that was once so dull and no one entered is now the place everyone wants to enter. These developers/managers that are doing these really deserve the credits and praises for bringing up the malls that were so abandoned. Lot 10 is now picking up real quick ya' know!Then, I walked to Pavilion.
Tried on a freaking awesome blue blazer with white stripes which had a 30% discount! But it costs around RM600 ... after discount.
A new Radley store is opening too!Besides Radley, there are many other awesome stores coming up, like jeweller Chow Tai Fook, Poh Kong, Super Heroes DC, and even a store for children designer clothes from John Galliano, Moschino, Paris Hilton and Baby Phat (Kimora Lee Simmons)! Interesting.
After that, mother and sister came over to have dinner, and then we headed home.
The best part of the day was, I had one of the greatest times every with my closest friends from SMK Sri Sentosa. Nothing else needed to be said.
The 2nd best part?
I SAW A FRIGGIN' HERMES KELLY BAG! This won't come less than RM30,000 - RM40,000!
