If you will, please study the screen-shot from NBC below and see if there is anything wrong,,,,

If you did not spot any problem with this let me first point out the upper right-hand corner which is declaring that only 17% of the actual vote count has been reported at the time NBC is declaring Boxer the winner.

If that did not alarm you then you have not studied the screen-shot, for it does not add up.

At this frozen point in time with only 17% of the vote tabulated, Fiorina was LEADING over Boxer by 48% to Boxers 47% or 970 votes.

Now again, NBC was calling the race for Boxer which in this case needs no sound as they clearly have a check mark on Boxers graphic calling the race for her.

Now why would they call a race won with less than 50% of the votes tabulated let alone for the one who is losing at the time of their call?
