Protect and Serve? Cops Caught on Camera

I am not one to indict all those who join the ranks of police officers but after the last post one should wonder who is on what side let alone what side arms they hold, or better stated what side arms YOU should hold,,

There is not only good reason to debate the constitutionality of what is deemed "privacy" when filming in public of what is essentially your employee with most if not all knowing that there is no "expectation of privacy" in public to begin with but also why the hell we should pay for their pensions.

There is an excellent debate on the latter point (public service pensions) over at "Fredd Sez" and encourage participation in it as it affects us all.
