My Kind of Comfort Food

James over at The Reaganite Republican managed to get me hungry and thinking with his latest post "Louisiana Turtle Burgers!" Hungry for and thinking about my favorite food that is - Bacon, and just what else it goes good with.

Well with little effort I found what I would consider comfort food. Granted these are most likely heart attacks in the waiting but hey, you only live once so might as well enjoy it.

A maple bacon and egg sandwich on mac and cheese pancakes.

Heart-A-Mac and Cheese
A layer of mac and cheese on the bottom, then chicken, another layer of mac, then beef, sun dried tomatoes, and bacon, with another layer of mac, and lastly a layer of mac and cheese with beef sprinkled on top and some parmesan cheese on top.

The Ark Burger
From Vaz’s Takeaway in Sydney Australia. Inside this awesome burger: a double beef patty, BBQ Roast Chicken, Scotch fillet steak, Chicken schnitzel, double bacon, and double cheese.

Death Sausage
3 pounds ground beef, 2 pounds country sausage, 2 pounds smoked bacon, 1 pound andouille sausage, 1 pound chicken strips, and 4 regular size hotdogs, seasoned with various sauces and spices such as BBQ sauce, baconnaise, and bacon flavored seasoning salt.

The Bacon Mug
A giant mug made out of bacon filled with cheddar cheese.
