How to COMPLETELY Remove SweetIM

• I found a solution!

Well not exactly discovered, but I manage to read it somewhere in the comments of a forum.

HOW TO FRICKIN' REMOVE THIS SICK SWEETIM FROM YOUR COMPUTER.

Ok basically some of you have tried uninstalling from your control panel and everything and still when you type to search something in your browser, IT'S STILL THE FRICKIN' SWEETIM.

If you haven't, well you can start by doing this :

1.START
2.Control Panel
3.Programs
4.Uninstall a Program
5.Click on ANYTHING that has SWEETIM on it and then click uninstall.

There, you're done with SweetIM bothering you on your MSN Messenger.

And now the part where you COMPLETELY get it off as your browser search engine.

Oh this is for Firefox users, as I'm using Firefox.

In the URL box, type in about:config and then click on "I'll be careful, I promise" (that's just cute).

Then at the top there's a "Filter" box, type in there keyword.URL.

There would only be one keyword thingy there. Right-click on it, and click on Reset.

And there you go! You're a free man/woman!!! :D

I hope this really helps y'all as I have been DYING to get SweetIM OFF my computer and I finally manage to do it a few hours ago.
