"Oh, I forgot to tell you"?
Please, before you jump to an answer, ponder on how many times you yourself have heard that statement,,,,
In my world of accuracy that is the most infuriating comment that could ever be verbalized.
If in fact one did forget to convey what would seem to be now important to import, then how is it possible to recollect what they state they forgot?
Please let me clarify that last statement; If it was so important to tell you, then how is it possible for the speaker to forget the message?
I submit that they, the "suddenly absent-minded", did not indeed forget but rather "chose" to not communicate to you what they (and subsequently you) deemed might be a tad important, crucial or say disturbing and in turn change your direction to their favor and in doing so quite possibly ruin your future be it near or distant.
Now I am sure by this point all have heard this comment be it within dating, marriages and the workplace, and it is very possible you have one (or two) of these life vampires in you inner circle.
Now all that as it may, can we as a people no matter where we are on this rock called Earth afford having the truth unannounced to us on purpose?
Being the life I live as a Conservative and a Christian I believe in truth be it good or bad (Sebelius comes to mind), but without it how can one make solid and concrete decision's be it for yourself and your family, nation's or the planet in general?
I mentioned the word(s) "life vampires" and did so for a reason. We all know of the traditional myth and Hollywood vampire of the one that sucks blood out of their victim. Well vampires do exist but not in that form but rather those who wish to take from you your prosperity or your life blood be it in the short or long-term.
You know these people or 'vampires', you work and live amongst them and even vote for them.
Strands of Garlic will not keep these demons at bay although it may help kill the stench say in the Capitol building in Madison,WI.
No, only the truth and complete avoidance of this type of vermin can clear your path in Life.
Now of course that was fictional but the words and actions convey my point quite well I believe. Complete avoidance of these life vampires is not always possible but we must continue the fight for truth in every facet of our lives.
And no, I did not forget, this is an open thread ,,,,, What say you?
