THIS hat? Worn by Princess Beatrice, this hat was put up for bidding on eBay and just a couple days ago it was already reaching a bid of £20,200! Which also means it's more than US$30,000! For just a hat!I tried clicking on the page to find it but I couldn't. Maybe the bidding ended, or maybe something went wrong. I don't know. Anyway, as the subtitle stated, it's for a good cause as the proceeds of this hat will benefit UNICEF and Children in Crisis.
You see? Auction and bidding is a very good way to raise money for charity.
Besides that, if you look up on eBay, there are several people selling their own "inspired" version of the hat, which is similar, but with less quality of course. I even saw one reaching a bid of US$112. So much just to look like a princess. Sigh.
